Official OKC Thunder Shop offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. We are committed to ensuring every Thunder fan is satisfied with their gear, though please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
